50 gr tepung terigu protein sedang<br />
100 gr tepung ketan hitam <strong><em>(aku pake tepung kacang merah)</em></strong>1 sdt Baking Powder Double Acting (ga pake coz ga punya)<br />

Bahan D:<br />
150 ml santan kental instant<br />
3 sdm minyak sayur </div><div style="text-align: justify;">Cara membuatnya:</div><ol style="text-align: justify;"><li>kocok bahan A hingga kental, sisihkan. Dengan mixer bersih lain, kocok bahan B hingga kaku <span style="font-style: italic;">(Tapi jangan sampai kering, cukup sampai mengkilap dan soft peak aja). </span> </li>
<li>Tuang adonan B kedalam adonan A secara bertahap sambil diaduk hingga rata. </li>
<li>Ayak Bahan C, tuang kedalam adonan pertama, aduk rata. Tuangi bahan D, aduk balik hingga rata. </li>
<li>Tuang adonan kedalam loyang Chiffon yang telah dialas kertas, oven dengan suhu 200’C selama 20 menit, lanjutkan dengan suhu 150’C selama 30 menit lagi hingga matang. </li>
<li>Angkat, balik loyang diatas alas kue, biarkan dingin. Lepaskan dari loyang, potong-potong.</li>

Kebetulan dapat sample pasta kurma yang lezat dari kantor suami.... tiba-tiba muncul ide membuat chiffon ini....maka<br />
Jurus nekat dikeluarkan ...karena segalanya serba pertama<br />
Pertama kali membuat chiffon (bahkan loyangnya pun baru beli ... :) .) pertama kali mencoba modifikasi resep....<br />
then pertama kali setor ke event yang diadakan NCC...<br />

Untungnya Chiffon nya jadi ....untung nya chiffonnya uennnaaak ada krenyes...krenyes..dari pasta kurma nya (kata suami ku lo......hehhehe <br />

Adonan Pasta<br />
<br />
100 gr Pasta Kurma <br />
20 g Susu bubuk full cream<br />
20 g Tepung maizena<br />
140 g Tepung terigu<br />
1 sdt BPDA<br />
100 ml minyak sayur<br />
65 ml santan sedang<br />
140 g kuning telur<br />
1 sdt pasta pandan<br />

Adonan Putih Telur<br />
<br />
300 ml Putih telur<br />
150 gr Gula pasir<br />
½ sdt Garam halus<br />
1 sdt Cream of tartar (optional)<br />

Cara Membuat:<br />
<br />
1. Panaskan oven 180 derajat Celsius.<br />
2. Adonan pasta:<br />
- Campur santan dan pasta kurma, aduk hingga rata<br />
- Campur susu bubuk, tepung maizena , tepung terigu, dan BPDA. <br />
- Lubangi tengah campuran tepung, tuang telur di tengah, aduk searah dari arah dalam menggunakan whisk, sambil dituangi minyak sayur dan santan + kurma. Aduk hingga menjadi adonan pasta halus. aduk rata.<br />
3. Adonan putih telur: Kocok putih telur, gula pasir, garam dan cream of tartar (jika pakai) hingga puncak tumpul (soft peak).<br />
4. Campurkan adonan putih telur ke dalam adonan pasta, aduk perlahan dengan whisk hingga rata.<br />
5. Tuang ke dalam loyang chiffon diameter bawah 20 cm tanpa dioles apa-apa. Panggang kurang lebih 90 menit hingga kue matang dan kokoh (jika ditekan permukaannya kembali membal).<br />
6. Keluarkan kue. Panas-panas, balikkan loyang, bisa disangga botol atau disangga kaki-kaki loyang. Biarkan dalam keadaan terbalik hingga dingin.<br />
7. Jalankan pisau tipis di sekeliling loyang dengan gerakan lurus. Juga di dasar kue.<br />
8. Lepaskan bagian tengah kue dengan menggunakan tusuk sate. Balik kue ke atas rak kawat atau langsung ke piring saji. Potong-potong menggunakan pisau gergaji.<br />

Resepnya semua aq sesuaiin ama loyangku ukuran 21x10x5<br />

138 gr tepung terigu serba guna<br />
1/2 sdt garam (aku gak pake)<br />
69 gr mentega (aku pake salted, soalnya adanya itu)<br />
3 sdm air es<br />
2 sdm gula halus (neh aku tambahin sendiri)<br />
<br />
Cara buat:<br />
1. Campur semua kecuali air dalam food processor<br />
2. Tambahin air es<br />
3. Bulatkan dan taruh dalam plastik<br />
4. Biarkan dalam freezer selama minimum 30 menit<br />
5. Tipiskan (layaknya membuat pie) dan taruh dalam loyang yg sudah dilapisi aluminium foil<br />
6. Tutupi dengan plastik wrap dan taruh lagi di freezer<br />

Cara buat:<br />
1. Campur tepung, soda kue, BP, garam, gula, keju --> aduk<br />
2. Tuangi minyak, susu, kuning telur dalam campuran tepung tadi --> aduk pake whisk<br />
3. Kocok putih telur ampe berbusa, tambahkan gula dalam beberapa tahap (ampe soft peak)<br />
4. Masukkan keju kotak2, aduk<br />
5. Masukkan kocokan putih telur dalam beberapa tahap ke dalam adonan tepung tadi, aduk rata<br />

Penyelesaiaan:<br />
1. Tuang adonan chiffon diatasnya adonan pie tadi<br />
2. Panggang 180 C selama 30 menit<br />
3. Balikkan seperti layaknya chiffon lainnya, sampai dingin<br />

Uda deh jadi! Hasilnya enakkk! Pienya bu fatmah wuenak bgt renyah, buttery juga lembut gak keras! Ditambah chiffon yg lembut! Pas deh! hehehehehe..Dipuji sendiri neh!kekekekeke..<br />
Neh potonya standar aja! Belum bisa foto dengan baik dan benar..heheheheh..Karena gak pake loyang bulet/loyang pie, jadinya kurang keliatan pienya! Makanya aku fotonya dua kali! Semoga gak over quota! Uda dihitung tadi seh gak over quota!<br />

Tadinya udah pasrah gak sempet ikutan week2an kali ini gara2 di kantor 2 mggu terakhir sibuk banget dan badan rasanya loyo tiap malam. Trus aku pikir jg event ini berakhir di 30 april. Untung sempet baca pengumuman penting dari mama chiffon ajaib ternyata masih lanjut sampai 2 Mei. Yowis pagi tadi turun dapur bikin chiffon putih telur resep tabloid saji yang memang udah lama aku incer buat ngabisin sisa putih telur yg udah sebulan nangkring di kulkas. Bagian atasnya agak turun, tapi gak bantat sih...(kenapa ya?). Rasa legit ketan hitam bener2 bikin ketagihan (secara aku penggemar berat si ketan item ini, he3x...).<br />
Cukup recommended buat alternatif ngabisin putih telur.<br />

150 gr gula pasir (menurutku terlalu manis, next time aku kurangi gulanya)<br />
<br />
Cara:<br />
1. Ayak tepung terigu, tepung ketan hitam, coklat bubuk, & BP.<br />
2. Dalam wadah lain, campur minyak, santan, & air. Aduk rata.<br />
3. Tuang sedikit2 campuran minyak ke dalam campuran tepung sambil diaduk rata.<br />
4. Kocok putih telur, CTT, & garam sampai setengah mengembang. Tambahkan gula sedikit2 sambil terus dikocok hingga mengembang.<br />
5. Tuang sedikit2 ke dalam adonan terigu sambil diaduk perlahan hingga rata.<br />
6. Tuang di loyang chiffon tanpa dioles margarin.<br />
7. Oven 70 menit dg api bawah suhu 170 derajat C sampai matang.<br />
8. Tangkupkan loyang dan biarkan dingin.<br />

Resep tetep pakai Ciffon Pandan Bu Fat.....dimodifikasi oleh Pak Andri tekstur Ciffon memang dibikin bolong-bolong terkena lelehan mozarela.<br />

Ciffon Nori dihidangkan dengan saos kacang merah....yang bikin ketagihan serasa membelai lidah.<br />

Resep Chiffon Nori With Red Bean Sauce<br />

Adonan Pasta<br />
50 gr Gula pasir<br />
20 gr Susu bubuk full cream<br />
20 gr Tepung maizena<br />
140 gr Tepung terigu<br />
1 sdt BPDA<br />
100 ml minyak sayur<br />
100 ml santan sedang<br />
140 gr kuning telur<br />
5 gr Nori potong kecil-kecil<br />
50 gr Keju Mozarela potong kotak<br />
memanjang<br />
<br />
Adonan Putih Telur<br />
300 ml Putih telur<br />
150 gr Gula pasir<br />
½ sdt Garam halus<br />
<br />
Cara Membuat:<br />
<br />
1. Panaskan oven 180 derajat Celsius.<br />
2. Adonan pasta:<br />
Campur gula pasir, susu bubuk, tepung maizena , tepung terigu, dan BPDA. Lubangi tengahnya. Tuang telur di tengah, aduk searah dari arah dalam menggunakan whisk, sambil dituangi minyak sayur dan santan. Aduk hingga menjadi adonan pasta halus.<br />
3. Masukkan Nori yang sudah dipotong kecil-kecil sambil diaduk rata hingga Nori Habis.<br />

Adonan putih telur:<br />
<br />
1. Kocok putih telur, gula pasir, garam hingga puncak tumpul (soft peak).<br />
2. Campurkan adonan putih telur ke dalam adonan pasta, aduk perlahan dengan whisk hingga rata.<br />
3. Tuang ke dalam loyang chiffon 4 sendok sayur besar tata keju mozarela tuang 4 sendok sayur lagi tata keju mozarela kembali sampai habis.<br />
4. Panggang kurang lebih 45 menit hingga kue matang dan kokoh (jika ditekan permukaannya kembali membal).<br />
5. Keluarkan kue. Panas-panas, balikkan loyang, bisa disangga botol atau disangga kaki-kaki loyang. Biarkan dalam keadaan terbalik hingga dingin.<br />

1/2 sdm mentega<br />
125 gr kacang merah<br />
600 ml air<br />
50 gr bawang bombay<br />
1/4 sdt merica<br />
1 lmbr bayleaves<br />
1/4 sdt oregano<br />
1/4 sdt basil<br />
1/2 sdt garam<br />
8 sdt gula<br />
1 sdm kaldu rasa ayam<br />
2 sdm maizena<br />

Cara Membuat :<br />
<br />
1. Rebus kacang merah hingga lunak.<br />
2. Blender separo kacang dengan 300ml air.<br />
3. Panaskan mentega dan tumis bawang bombay sampe layu.<br />
4. Masukkan kacang merah rebus tumis hingga harum.<br />
5. Tambahkan kacang merah yg sudah di blender.<br />
6. Bumbui /seasoning dg merica, garam,bay leave, oregano, basil. Tambahkan gula. Tambahkan 300ml air lagi.<br />
7. Masak hingga matang dan kemudian kentalkan dengan Maizena.<br />

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks, oil, water and vanilla; add to dry ingredients along with bananas. Beat until well blended. In another large bowl and with clean beaters, beat egg whites on high speed until stiff peaks form. Fold into yolk mixture.</span></li>

1. Karena lihat rata2 orang pakai cream of tartar, sy juga ikutan nambahin cream of tartar dalam kocokan putih telur (duh, ga inget brp banyak. Kl ga salah 1/2 sdt)<br />
2. Kepingin sesuatu yg lain dari coklat, aku ganti frostingnya pake cream cheese yg biasanya aku pake di carrot cake. Resepnya sbb:<br />

Bahan:<br />
250 gr cream cheese (dalam kemasan kertas seperti mentega)<br />
1/2 cup (+/- 113 gr) mentega<br />
2 cups (+/- 227 gr) gula halus ( aku hanya pakai 1 cup)<br />

Cara membuat:<br />
kocok mentega dengan kecepatan rendah sampai lembut, masukkan cream cheese, kocok sampai rata lalu tambahkan gula halus sampai konsistensi yg diinginkan.<br />
Catatan: Kalau ingin lebih kaku agar bisa disemprotkan dengan spuit, tambahkan gula. Saya kurang suka yg terlalu manis jadi hasil creamnya kurang kaku. Tapi uenaaakkkk...menurut saya lho, hehehe...<br />

Untuk loyang, saya ngikutin tips dari teman2 di milis, taruh alumunium di dasar (luar) loyang, tp sy ga pake kertas roti di dalamnya. Walhasil memang lengketisasi bowww..., setelah dilepasin pinggir dan tengahnya, si kue ga mo berganjak dari dasarnya jadi saya pakai pisau tajam utk melepasnya. Rada kepotong, hiksss. Tapi setelah ditutup cream cheese ga keliatan koq ;).<br />

Ada yg mau saya tanyakan, sebenernya chiffon cake itu waktu disajikan dalam keadaan terbalik (bottom up) atau posisi original-nya? Yg saya buat ini krn bagian atasnya agak naik (spt kubah, gitu) dan sy sayang untuk motongnya (gpp, utk dimakan sendiri koq), jadi sy balik jadi yg rata di sebelah atas sehingga gampang utk ngolesin frostingnya.<br />

Mau laporan dulu kmrn coba bikin chiffon cake pake resep dasar NCC tapi<br />
Diganti sedikit krn mau rasa coklat.<br />

Dulu sempet beli loyang chiffon cake tapi sampe kmrn belum pernah loyangnya dipake sama sekali. Pas beli cm dicuci trus di keep dalam lemari degh. Mau bikin tp ga niat banget.<br />
Pas ada Chiffon Week baru degh terprofokasi dan semangat buat belajar bikin chiffon. Mulai browsing di web NCC cara pake loyangnya sampe liat2 resepnya. Akhirnya memutuskan pake resep NCC yg uenak-nya pooooollll....<br />

Seneng banget ternyata hasilnya bagus banget dan ngembang dengan sempurna. Rasanya jg empuk banget. Emang NCC top markotop dah... Ga nyesel jd anggota NCC. Terima kasih buat Bunda Fatmah yg sdh mau berbagi ilmunya dan buat anggota yg lain.<br />

50 g Gula pasir<br />
5 g Susu bubuk full cream<br />
15 g coklat Bubuk<br />
20 g Tepung maizena<br />
140 g Tepung terigu<br />
1 sdt BP<br />
100 ml minyak sayur<br />
100 ml susu cair<br />
8 butir kuning telur<br />
1 sdt pasta coklat<br />

Adonan Putih Telur :<br />
8 butir Putih telur<br />
165 gr Gula pasir<br />
½ sdt Garam halus<br />
1 sdt Cream of tartar (optional)<br />

Cara Membuat:<br />

Adonan I: Campur gula pasir, susu bubuk, coklat bubuk, tepung maizena , tepung terigu, dan BP. Lubangi tengahnya, aduk sambil dituangi minyak sayur dan susu cair. Aduk hingga menjadi adonan rata. Masukkan pasta coklat, aduk rata.<br />

Adonan putih telur: Kocok putih telur, gula pasir, garam dan cream of tartar (jika pakai) hingga puncak tumpul (soft peak).<br />
<br />
Campurkan adonan putih telur ke dalam adonan pasta, aduk perlahan dengan whisk hingga rata.<br />
<br />
Panggang dgn suhu 150 derajat celcius kurang lebih 90 menit. </span><br />

2 minggu yang lalu, dapet loyang chiffon di titan, pulang lgsg deh nyobain resep chiffon pandannya NCC, tapi maaf nie bu Fat, resepnya aku utak atik, jadiiah chiffon coklat bertabur kismis.....<br />
Dari resep Chiffon Pandan NCC aku ubah 30 gr terigu menjadi coklat bubuk, trus BPDA aku gnti BP doank, karna ga ada jeh.... Pasta Pandan diganti pasta chocolate n ga pke CTT juga.<br />

Saat adonan jadi ternyta kok encer bgt. Ya sutraa laah, aku panggang juga di loyang chiffon, jadiiii tapii kismisnya pada mendelep sampe dasar.....hikshiks.....gpp diakalin saat di meja dibalik dehh kuenya *maksud ati biaar kismisnya menarik perhatiaan*....<br />
Oiya, saat dibalik di botol, chiffonnya malah turun rek, jadi yaa patah gtuu.... knapa yaa?<br />

Ditunggu sampe sore, eehhh masih byk, jarang yg nyoell, *tuing2 mikir* masih ada mascarpone gadungan yg ternyta enak bgt heheheh....<br />
Aku sulap dehh jadi tiramisu dg base cake chiffon coklat, diatur dalem mika dehhh, huwaaaa.......abisss ludesss....<br />

Abg lapor chiffon yang ke dua.<br />
Resep yang dipakai masih resep chiffon pandan NCC. Hanya pastanya diganti dengan yg rasa strawberry.<br />
Tadinya cuma ingin memanfaatkan puding instan yang akan segera kedaluwarsa. Tp berhubung mama chiffon ajaib menyatakan kalo belum ada laporan chiffon berbentuk segitiga yg masuk, sebagai abg tentu saja panas merasa ditantang. Hehehehe..<br />

Sayang warna pudingnya luntur ke lapisan chiffon. Sepertinya krn mbak Ho semalem sdh ngantuk, jadi buru2 melapis puding moka nya ke atas lapisan agar2 bening yg msh panas. Nyesel deh, jadi ga cantik...<br />
Emang bikin kue mesti banyak sabarnya...<br />

Soal rasa? Hmmmm.. Tetep nyam2.. Apalagi jika dinikmati siang nanti saat matahari terik..<br />

Apricot jam beberapa sendok makan dimasukkan bareng susu (dihangatkan). Hasilnya bau amis telur gak terdeteksi pada chiffon.<br />

Sedap Sekejap 2/IX/2008<br />
<br />
Bahan<br />
200 gr terigu protein sedang<br />
30 gr tepung maizena<br />
20 gr susu bubuk<br />
75 gr gula pasir halus<br />
150 ml minyak sayur (aku pakai minyak goreng)<br />
100 gr strawberry segar<br />
100 ml air matang<br />
1/8 sdt esens strawberry<br />
25 tetes pewarna merah muda<br />
8 kuning telur<br />
8 putih telur<br />
1/2 sdt cream of tartar<br />
1/2 sdt garam halus<br />
125 gr gula pasir halus<br />
<br />
Olesan :<br />
200 ml krim kental (aku pakai whipped cream)<br />
300 gr white cooking chocolate, cincang halus<br />
150 gr selai strawberry halus<br />
<br />
Cara Membuat:<br />
- Panaskan oven 180 'C. Olesi 2 loyang diameter 24 cm tinggi 4-5 cm dengan margarin dan alasi kertas roti.<br />
- Blender strawberry dan air. Ukur airnya 200 ml. Campur dengan minyak, esens dan pewarna.<br />
- Campur rata terigu, maizena dan susu bubuk dan gula.<br />
- Tuang campuran strawberry ke campuran tepung dengan whisk, aduk rata.<br />
- Masukkan kuning telur, aduk rata. Sisihkan.<br />
- Kocok putih telur dengan mixer sampai berbusa, masukkan garam dan cream of tartar, kocok sampai setengah mengembang. Masukkan gula bertahap, sambil kocok hingga mengembang dan terbentuk soft peak.<br />
- Masukkan kocokan putih telur ke adonan tepung, aduk rata.<br />
- Tuang ke loyang, oven selama 30 menit.<br />
Diamkan di loyang sebentar, lepaskan dari loyang, dinginkan di rak kawat.<br />
- Olesan: Panaskan krim sampai titik didih pertama, matikan api. Masukkan coklat, aduk dengan sendok kayu sampai rata, dinginkan. Kocok dengan mixer hingga mengembang.<br />
- Belah masing-masing cake menjadi 3 bagian.<br />
- Ambil satu lembar cake, olesi tipis dengan selai strawberry, beri olesan tipis krim, tumpuk dengan cake lain. Ulangi sampai habis.<br />
- Terakhir, tutupi seluruh permukaan cake dengan krim. Hias dengan selai strawberry segar dan coretan selai strawberry.<br />

5 kuning telur<br />
150 gr gula castor<br />
200 gr tepung terigu<br />
1 sdt baking powder<br />
1/2 sendok teh soda kue<br />
1/2 sendok teh pewarna merah ( aku pake red red wilton )<br />
100 cc minyak salad<br />
100 gr strawberry segar + 50 cc air --> blender dan saring<br />

Bahan B<br />
7 putih telur<br />
100 gr gula castor<br />
1/2 sdt cream of tar-tar<br />
<br />
<br />
Caranya :<br />
1. Letakkan campuran tepung terigu , baking powder, soda kue dan gula castor dalam sebuah mangkok adonan, buat lubang di tengahnya.<br />
2. Tuangkan kuning telur, minyak salad, dan bahan lain ( jika ada) ke dalam lubang tersebut . Aduk campuran ini sambil dituangi sari strawberry sampai adonan menjadi licin<br />
3. Masukkan 1/3 bagian demi 1/3 bagian adonan putih telur ke adonan kuning telur dan terigu sambil diaduk perlahan hingga rata.<br />
4. Tuang dalam loyang chiffon, panggang dalam oven 160* -/+ 60 menit.<br />
